American Festival for the Arts executive and artistic director Michael Remson, orchestra conductor Clifton Evans and choral conductor Allen Hightower, along with the Houston Ballet Academy’s Chase Cobb, talk about the weekend events that will conclude AFA’s 2012 Summer Music Conservatory. That schedule of performances includes this year’s World Premieres Concert, in which young dancers from the Ballet Academy’s Summer Program execute their own original choreographies to musical scores created expressly for them by student composers from the AFA.
