We chat with Houston playwrights Eric James and Peter Wittenberg, who founded NightCap Theatre out of their mutual love of theater and cocktails. They’ve concocted a new batch of one-act comedies and dramas, which they’ve shaken and stirred into an evening’s entertainment called Top Shelf Shorts, currently running at Obsidian Art Space.
