Legendary experimental choreographer Deborah Hay, a disciple of Merce Cunningham and John Cage, describes her newest work, created for performance in Houston’s Richmond Hall in front of the Dan Flavin light sculpture that’s installed there, which she and her dancers will premiere on Saturday, in celebration of The Menil Collection’s 25th Anniversary.
