We preview this weekend’s Bayou City Art Festival Downtown by introducing you to visual artist Eric Ober, whose monumental steel and bronze sculptures will be on display, and we’ll hear from dancers Rose Shields and Patton White of CORE Performance Company, which has created a new site-specific dance piece for the Festival.
